As I told you before, I believe the German Bundesverfassungsgericht is the one thing differentiating Germany from the police state the rest of Europe is becoming. They just annulled the laws of Hessen and Schleswig-Holstein dealing with Automatic License Plate Recognition.
Hurray for the court!
Hopefully Dutch governement and police-departments come to their senses also.
